Life Time Event Production Manager in Leadville, Colorado

Position SummaryEvent Production Manager assists the Event Manager in several operations basedareas. EventProduction Manager oversees event operations including but not limited tocourse design andmanagement, volunteer duties and schedules, police and agency duties andschedules, permitting when applicable. Event Production Manager will alsohave significant financial and budgetaryresponsibilities pertaining to the event operations. Event Production Managerwill manage several hourly/seasonal staff; their responsibilities,duties, and time clocks.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesOperations/Course Management - Manage the movement and placements of aidstation trailers, course crew, and course marking/signage.Volunteer Director - Recruit and manage volunteers for all areas of theevents; packet pick-up, start/finish line, course aid stations,medical teams, etc.Seasonal Staff Management - Manage seasonal logistics/operations staff dayto day responsibilities.
