PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As an Midway Arcade and Roller Coaster Attraction Attendant, you will be responsible for the operations of the arcade games. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate all games and report any malfunctions

  • Maintain a friendly, courteous and most helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees

  • Assist in opening and closing procedures

  • Clean games area

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledgeable of two-way radios

  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

PREFERRED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Six (6) months of cash handling experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience working in a similar resort setting
