The Support Experience Group (SXG) enables digital transformation of Microsoft Support by increasing customer and support agent satisfaction and building features into core products like Dynamics 365. This role will help us scale out Microsoft Dynamics for usage by Microsoft support businesses. Dynamics 365 is a rapidly growing business at Microsoft and is considered one of the leaders in Software as a Service in the world of business applications. Dynamics 365 provides the best showcase for innovations across Microsoft such as Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, Predictive Analytics, and end-to-end Digital Transformation for businesses.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced program management lead to lead a team of high performing program managers to deliver the next generation in support routing and assignment, enabling Microsoft to deliver the next level in customer satisfaction, support engineer efficiency. In this role you will have a fundamental impact on how support engineers solve customers problems. If you are looking to make a big impact on Microsoft customers and help Microsoft deliver next level in customer support, this role is for you. Your stakeholders will be executives across the Microsoft business, CSS, and Microsoft Digital. In this role, the successful candidate will own driving key cross company initiatives, aligning key stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience.

  • 3+ years of leading, managing and motivating a happy, healthy team of high-performing team of program managers.

  • 3+ years of delivering features across a product.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or any business application such as Salesforce, SAP or Oracle.

  • Knowledge of business processes in Customer Service and Support for Microsoft or other large businesses.

  • Program management experience implementing cloud technologies.

  • Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations, great cross-group and interpersonal skills.

  • Hard-working, self-critical, and a great collaborator.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and you want to make the biggest impact possible for the company.
