Description
National Dentex (NDX) - the leader in the dental manufacturing industry within the US - offers a full spectrum of specialized products, services and technologies to address any dental restoration need. As we continue to grow, we are seeking to add an entry level Shipping & Receiving Inventory position to our local NDX Dental Art Labortatory located in Lansing, MI.
The regular hours for this position are from 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Able to perform all functions of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk.
Perform case scheduling.
Invoice cases and assist with billing questions/issues.
Post payments
Scan case paperwork for electronic storage.
Receive, open, and disinfect case for production.
Pack and ship cases for delivery through local source or national carrier.
Print preference notes to match cases.
Move cases into production area.
Receive and stock inventory items.
Assist with inventory count on a regular basis.
Clean work area daily.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Legible hand-writing.
Data entry and computer skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to successfully multi-task.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of shipping & receiving / billing experience, or demonstrated ability in required functions.
Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:
Office equipment/computer.
Disinfectant process chemicals.
Materials utilized by production and maintenance.
Additional materials or equipment, as required.
Personal protective equipment, as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach.
Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions.
Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color.
