This position will assist regional marketing efforts with programs that include: coordinating marketing collateral and community events, assisting with the development, execution and monitoring of email, digital, social media and content marketing efforts, creating original content as well as tracking and writing project profiles, field resumes and proof of outcomes. This may include coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing assets for various regions alongside regional marketing lead. /span/lilispanSupport project pursuit deliverables including qualification statements, proposals, and presentation materials by aligning with regional leaders to complete resumes, profiles, graphic layout, and research. /span/lilispanTrack, update, and communicate corporate results and metrics in monthly review of AIA305, employee count, key construction industry performance measures, and project experience. /span/lilispanEvaluate and monitor monthly campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports alongside Integrated Marketing Specialist to ensure return on investment and results driven campaigns. /span/lilispanOversee Annual Marketing Summit development, planning, and coordination of speakers, guests, and event activities. /span/lilispanMaintain relationships with external vendors ensuring high-quality and timely execution of marketing initiatives which include photography, video, web, database, and PR activities. /span/lilispanAssist with monthly web updates and content refresh along with researching and implementing best practices to improve search engine optimization. /span/lilispanAssi
