We invite you to join us to learn and develop with ourteam of nationally recognized experts!Detailed Description:In this role you will support planning, design, and regulatory complianceprojects related to water and wastewater. Our clients in Colorado, andspecifically the Front Range, are continuing to experience growth and theneed to upgrade their existing facilities. To support the growth,municipalities are expanding and rehabilitating their currentinfrastructure, resulting in new water/wastewater projects. Brown andCaldwell is currently engaged in many projects to support our clients thatpromise a variety of opportunities for this position.Typical work areas might include:Participate in water and wastewater planning and design projects involvingengineering calculations, design, modeling, and report developmentParticipate in providing engineering services during construction for ourprojectsProvide Water Quality sampling (field work)Data analysis and interpretation to support projectsParticipate in client and internal meetings to advance project work andprepare meeting notes.Prepare written reports and technical memorandums to document analyses andrecommendationsParticipate in work groups and organizations to benefit the company'sknowledge of issues and to understand client needs.Desired Skills and Experience:Attending university working on a Master's degree inCivil/Mechanical/Environmental/Chemical Engineering or relatedengineering field requiredEIT preferred or awaiting results, with desire to obtain a PEComputer aided design experience with AutoCAD or similary platformsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Access, and datamanagementStrong written communication skills and experience producing technical reportsAbility to work in a team environmentSalary Range:The anticipated starting pay range for this position is$15.60 - $19.70 per hour and may be more or less depending upon skills,experience, education and geographical location.About Brown and CaldwellHeadquartered in Walnut Creek, Calif., Brown and Caldwell is afull-service environmental engineering and construction firm with 52 officesand 1,700 professionals across North America and the Pacific.
