Assist in the profitable growth of our Fire Alarm Department
Supervise a team of Fire Alarm Technicians
Supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives
Work with and support the sales team providing fire alarm services proposals
Work with the operations team to streamline processes from start to finish
Build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors
Manage and optimize the use of internal software systems
Recruit, hire, train, and support alarm technicians
Exercise flexibility while working with diverse people and departments.
Perform variable responsibilities as workplace demands evolve.
Interact with customers consistent with USAFP’s Purpose/Mission/Values.
Regular and timely communications with customers.
5yrs Industry Experience Required
Meet or Exceed NICET Fire Alarm Systems Level II
General computer knowledge and skills
Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Personal organization is necessary to meet deadline-driven tasks
Ability to verbally communicate clearly
