Job Description Provide general operational and administrative support for the agency in accordance with applicable state insurance regulations. Responsibilities include: Support for system administration, accounting and reconciliation, claims, and proofs Answer incoming customer calls and direct them to the appropriate staff Mail preparation, including opening and scanning all the courier envelopes and postal mail for all agency locations and distributing through the software management system Transacting specific product area policies and endorsements Processing, file maintenance, computer management system maintenance Other administrative projects and tasks Qualifications A combination of education and experience which enables the incumbent to be successful in the job generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma and three years of related experience. Prior customer service experience and strong communication and attention to detail skills required.
