Director, Corporate Strategy will work directly with the CEO to perform analysis across the Company’s strategy, products, and competition. This role is critical to aid in understanding where the company invests in resources and obtains the best return on investment. The role will work across the organization and in conjunction with other Senior Leadership Team Members.
Conducts competitive analysis.
Understands market strategy and evaluate Go-to-market models.
Evaluates options on product reimbursement.
Works closely with CEO for additional analysis
Prepares presentations for investors and the Board of Directors.
Work with business owners at all levels of the company to define and detail strategic initiatives.
Take the lead on selected projects to drive early-stage implementation.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Proven experience in strategic planning
Able to extract and manipulate data from systems (QED, Salesforce) and strong familiarity with Tableau.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
2-3 years of Investment banking or top tier Consulting experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and MBA required.
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
