Life Time Sr. Athlete Services Manager in Lafayette, Colorado

Position SummaryThe role of a Sr. Athlete Services Manager is to help ensure that we provideour athletes with outstanding customer service, provide leadership andguidance to the Athlete Services team, and work with the Operations team.Therole requires excellent attention to detail, patience, and outstandingcommunication.The ideal candidate has the ability to lead a team, implementprojects, create new processes, multi-task, work in a fast-pacedenvironment, and shuffle priorities as needed.Ultimately, this person willguide and mentor the team, creating new efficient processes, recommendingways to improve and balance workload and also manage their ownresponsibilitiesJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate new processes for the Athlete Services Team.Manage and implement new projects.Lead and manage the Athlete Services team.Oversee and manage registrationsites of Life Time Events portfolio.Assist athletes with questions about events through email, phone and inperson at events.Track and assist with orders of athlete items (bibs, bike/helmetnumbers, wristbands, swim caps and timing tags) pre-race and post-race.Manage packet pick up at event expo and event day.Work with timer pre-event, during the event and post event.Manage email inboxes for various events.Manage Registration Site.Assist with promotion code set up and integrity.Position RequirementsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence all levelsof the organizationAbility to multi-task, learn quickly and manage multiple projectssimultaneously in a fast-pacedAbility to manage to budget and work within established event budgetaryguidelinesWillingness to travel, work weekends and extended hours as neededQuantifiably demonstrated a track record for driving brand or categorygrowth/developmentPreferred RequirementsStrong MS Office and/or other software with an ability to adapt learning touse new technologyAbility to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts,draw valid conclusions and recommend solutionsExperience with Run Sign Up registration platformKnowledge or experience with Zendesk a plusPrevious experience managing a remote team helpfulPayStarting salary for this position starts at $65,000 and pays up to$75,000, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and servicesRetirement savings plan with company match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverageShort term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansMaternity leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including vacation and paid sick leave
