Danaher Corporation Global Product Marketing Manager in Krefeld, Germany

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, is recruiting for a Global Product Manager WITS (Workflow Information Technology Solutions).

This position can be located in Brea CA, Miami FL, Chaska MN, Chicago IL or select locations outside the US.

As the Global Product Marketing Manager, WITS for Beckman Coulter, you will be responsible for developing Beckman Coulter’s Clinical Informatics product launch strategy, new product commercialization.

In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Global Product Marketing WITS who leads global product marketing for WITS at Beckman Coulter.

In this position, you will be part of the Global Marketing Leadership Team and your responsibilities will be to:

  • Creating and owning Beckman Coulter’s global marketing strategy and value proposition for Beckman Coulter’s Informatics solutions.

  • Leading Beckman Coulter’s New Product Launch Excellence Process for Informatics which includes the development of the marketing plan, claims matrix vs. competitors, develop messaging, persona map, launch action plan, VPM, and creation of the commercialization readiness team wheel.

  • Collaborating with the Strategic marketing organization to develop highly effective commercialization strategies based on the robust development of market segmentation and Voice of Customer research.

  • Develop target messaging and message testing

  • Collaborate with marketing communications on the development of the sales collateral strategy.

  • Develop content that is relevant and meaningful to the customer audience.

  • Reviewing all campaigns and sales collateral relating to Clinical Informatics before launch.

  • Working across teams and geographies to develop global marketing programs for new and existing segments and products with robust and creative go-to-market strategies

  • Participating in the annual new product forecasting process in collaboration with the business unit and regional commercial teams.

  • Proactively monitor competitive intelligence and generate insights.

  • Liaising with Global Market Development on activities and KOL

  • Measuring team success through daily management of key metrics/KPIs which may include lead generated; region revenue/ASP; market share by category by customer segment. Applying problem solving process and countermeasures as needed to ensure target achievement.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 9+years’ related experience or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 7+years’related experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful marketing experience with increasing responsibilities, and of which at least 2-5 years in global marketing cross-functional leadership role. Will consider cross-functional leadership experience in a commercial role, along with strong process and program management skills in lieu of marketing experience.

  • Ability to travel globally – up to 25%

  • Regularly interacts with executive level management regarding challenging matters of major importance to the company

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Strong ability to develop business cases and communicate succinctly its value propositions to a broad group of leaders including executive staff

  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and motivating people from diverse backgrounds; able to lead cross-functional global business teams;

  • Best in Class knowledge of Marketing technology and related technical applications and infrastructures
