CSL Behring Sr. HR Administration Assistant in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Job Purpose:

This role provides executive administration assistance to the Executive Director of HR Operations and Sr. Director, HR Process & Portfolio Management, including calendar management, travel planning, expense report management and other administrative duties as requested.


On behalf of the Executive Director of HR Operations and Sr. Director of Process & Portfolio Management:

  • Provide diversified administrative support including writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing draft communications within multiple tools within the MS Office Suite.

  • Standard support includes phone support, organize, and maintain confidential and time sensitive material and files in multiple systems.

  • Proactively manage both leaders’ calendar and schedule appointments to ensure efficient use of leaders’ time

  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries; compile documents for travel related meetings and provide timely expense reporting and processing.

  • Plan and manage special projects and events as required such as Global meetings, project meetings, department meetings, etc. including arranging facilities and caterers, invitations and controlling the event budget.

  • Create and develop visual presentations

  • Initiate purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms. Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files as needed.

  • Lead invoice processing for multiple HR functions including HR Operations, HRPPM and Talent.

  • Interface on a global level with other departments to represent Human Resources in a highly professional manner utilizing a high level of confidentiality

  • Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.

  • Other duties or project work as assigned

Reports To:

Head of Global HR Operations with a dotted line to the Sr. Director, HR Process & Portfolio Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Min 1-2 yrs of Administrative Assistant experience, 3-5 strongly preferred

  • Time management, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong interpersonal skills
