Acrisure LLC Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager – Captive Practice Group (Odell Studner) in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

The Account Manager/Senior Account Manager is a member of a Commercial Lines team dedicated to a specialized industry providing service for clients where some or all of their liability coverages are in a Captive Program. This position is responsible for gathering and organizing data, and preparing and presenting quotations to clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine traditional account management skills in commercial insurance along with some or all of the liability coverages lines placed in a Captive Program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a high level of service to clients that are financially strong with a Risk Management focus
Responsible for maintaining a timeline and process during renewal cycles inclusive of exposure analysis, quote specifications, analysis and negotiation of coverage offers, and preparation and presentation of coverage proposals.
Review policies and endorsements for accuracy; report errors to insurance company to correct.
Responsible for creation of service models and stewardship throughout the year and maintaining timelines of those deliverables throughout the year.
Apply problem solving techniques to various issues concerning cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues.
Develop and maintain financial models of captive programs
Develop and maintain benchmarking reports on claims activity
Prepare and interpret loss models
Communicate effectively within team environment inclusive of assistant account managers through account executive.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Assist in identifying and further developing client insurance programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
College Degree or the recognized equivalent in education and experience, preferred
P&C insurance license, required
Minimum 5 years relevant Commercial Lines experience, required
Professional designation - CIC, AAI, ARM, CPCU, preferred
TAM or similar agency management software experience, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work with minimum supervision; able to accept direction on given assignments.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Excellent phone etiquette, written & verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated superior presentation and relationship skills in this highly client interactive role.
Able to work effectively in a team environment with strong customer service skills.
Ability to travel regionally for client visits.
Experience with a broker/agent, including marketing large middle market accounts to carriers
Strong knowledge of all basic P&C coverages with a focus on Property, General Liability, Umbrella/Excess Liability, and Professional Liability.
