Hyatt Property Manager - FT (The Lodge at Kukui%27ula) in KAUAI, Hawaii

Description:

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safely managing and directing the day-to-day general maintenance and physical operating needs of all the residences, the maintenance department in our Rental and Home Care Program and the Maintenance department operations, procurement and profitability.

-Responsible for all timely repairs in residences, project coordination, Owner Billing, 3 rd party vendor communication and execution of all maintenance work, inventories, conduct Asset Protection inspections yearly, maintaining accurate documentation and preserving optimum quality of the residences. This requires effective communication with the Director of Rental Operations and other department leaders, Owners and 3 rd party vendors.

-Uphold Destination Residences Hawaii (DRH) values, mission and vision statements and fully supports the guiding principles set by Hyatt.

-Help foster a progressive, results-oriented culture, by leading by example, motivating, training and holding accountable all assigned team members for the execution of their roles to achieve rental program financial, owner and guest experience goals.

-Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to owners and guests.
