Position Overview

This position will be based in our Enterprise Delivery Center, located in Bangalore, India. Our EDC is focused on customer experience and comprised of highly skilled and well-motivated Technology Support Analysts. This position will be a part of a high-volume enterprise delivery team with expectations around excellence and efficient resolution for CRM Tools and services support and incident management


  • Application Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting performance issues & defects

  • Monitor and maintain operational readiness of all CRM applications listed above and provide 24/5 support as needed

  • Work with other teams to resolve infrastructure related problems (i.e. Server, Network, and Database) where appropriate

  • Build & Deploy releases

  • Identify and proactively fix system issues through monitoring and early watch reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical personnel

  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, dynamic and event driven environment

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple project deadlines and milestones

  • Approachable/Personable/Team Player

  • Must be available for shift and weekend work

The Ideal Candidate

  • Siebel Certified Support Engineer Status

  • Salesforce Certified Support Engineer Status

  • Experience with CRM applications Siebel, Salesforce, UCM, Trillium, OWS

  • Experience with Oracle & MSSQL databases and experience writing SQL queries

  • Experience/Knowledge of Unix Server / Shell scripting
