Our Customer Care Specialists are responsible in supporting customers by responding to customer inquiries not limited to technical, functional, general inquiry and billing. They provide first call resolution to all inquiries received via phone call
Provides first level inbound telephone support for customers by troubleshooting, investigating and resolving questions and challenges they may be having with our client’s products and services with an objective of resolving the issue in one phone call.
Provides empathetic, courteous, quality customer service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with the client’s protocols.
Responsible for problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for the customer issues.
Update customer’s record accordingly using the application system(s) provided by the client
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment preferably in a:
Excellent in verbal communication skills, as well as teamwork and interpersonal skills, to include the ability to develop high quality working relationships both internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
Excellent Customer Service
Ability to establish and build rapport
Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to adhere to operational processes
Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers.
Can work within the client’s operating hours:
7AM to 7PM Central time zone, Monday to Friday
Ability to work on weekends or split days off per the schedule requirement
