Implement Employee engagement activities for assigned Business Units.
Implement and administer employee policies
Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Perform day-to-day HR functions (on boarding of new & transferred employee, updating the HRMS, etc.).
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Counsel to managers on HR matters
Create reports to generate and analyze metrics
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
6+ years’ experience in HR
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of HR compliance
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Experience working in a multi-national environment
Broad knowledge of other HR functions and proven ability to integrate and collaborate within those functions
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Work authorization: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
