To learn more, Responsibilities · Manages and tracks team’s overall application processing. · Responsible for all call center coverage and performance. · Executes application process operations and performances metrics, standards, and workflow. · Analyzes and supports on-going application process operations performance improvements. · Responsible for maintaining application process standard operating procedures. · Oversees rental assistance supervisor(s). · · Collects and reviews application process work outcomes to ensure accuracy and consistency in quality · Leads and/or participates in rental assistance daily standups and status updates. · Prepares and presents short-term and long-term reports on application process performance. · Prepares and reports out on application process operations and service performance to leadership. · Provides coaching, training, and development to rental assistance processer staff.
