As the Senior Analyst, Business HR in Rio Claro you will have the opportunity to work on a Global HR team to provide regional and global support to our Engineering Global Product Organization. What you’ll do:
Strategically partner with Global HRBP’s and Engineering leaders to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives. Supports the global HRBP (People Leader) in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with other global HRBP’s, HR Operations, HR Communities of Expertise, Engineering, Finance and other key partners to lead and contribute to the following areas:
Execute global business strategy ensuring alignment with regional/local customs and practices with the partnership of the local leaders
Partner on People Excellence strategy to enable regional business outcomes in support of the global business
Use data and insights to proactively diagnose people challenges and implications with consultation internally with HR and externally with the regional business leadership
Coach and provide HR expertise to non-HR business leaders and the local leadership team
Leverage CoE-driven off-the-shelf solutions to meet business objectives and organizational issues
Drive site engagement via partnership with the leaders based on engagement survey results
Ensure local capability development meets criteria for broader capability development strategies
Succession plan in line with short & long term business needs and help asses and develop talent
Opportunities to lead & support global projects
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in both English & Portuguese
Excellent proven interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and from various backgrounds
Inquisitive mind with the ability to challenge the status quo
Previous experience in Business HR
Ability to execute with speed and sense of urgency
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights and applying it to inform business decision making
Experience working in global teams
Knowledge of labor and employment law, organizational development and best practices will be an advantage
