Job Description
Verisk is seeking a Talent Development Specialist tobe a key partner to all the Talent Development leads and own project management for core programs such as Performance Management, Talent and Succession Planning, and Learning and Development programs.
The day to day responsibilities of this role are:
Project manage all aspects of the enterprise-wide performance management process, and provide project management support across the Talent Development team
Optimize and manage the performance management system, in partnership with the HRIS team
Collaborate and coordinate across the Talent Development team to create visibility of programs, timelines, communications, training, and measures of success
Support Talent Development leads with change management and communications strategies, and with researching best practices
Use data analytics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management process and learning and development programs, and recommend actions to improve
Contribute to wider Talent Development team projects, as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field; ideally with a focus on HR Management/ organizational development
Demonstrable experience (4-6 years) in similar positions, with an interest in talent related topics
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects with timely deliverables
Experience applying a variety of project planning and project management methodologies
Effectively collaborates to manage interdependencies between various projects and programs; able to coordinate workflows across multiple teams
Gains credibility and influences stakeholders through impactful communications. Has ability to create presentations and engage audiences
Skilled in analyzing data, driving insights and recommending decisions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, curious, and looks for opportunities to learn
Proficient in MS Office applications; advanced level in Excel, intermediate to advanced level in PowerPoint
Vendor management experience desirable
