We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with both Corporate and Agency recruitment experience. Learn the company and the culture from the inside out and partner with hiring managers and the HR team to fine-tune process and presenting only the best candidates for consideration. Build a talent pipeline for today and the future, engage in all technical markets, meetups, blogs, internet groups, and good old fashion sourcing.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will coordinate and drive all activities that are part of the candidate experience — starting with developing creative sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, networking, and employer branding, to being the EVP Evangelist in the local community. You will engage and evaluate candidates using structured assessment methods with full transparency towards the candidates. You will guide candidates through the full recruiting process providing an outstanding candidate experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide perspective on industry, competitive talent landscape, growth ability, and distinctive attributes

  • Remain current on external talent pools, talent personas, salary levels, and other trends

  • Engage with technology talent through hackathons, meetups, conferences

  • Identify, communicate and embody a clear and distinctive value proposition and a Product Technology “go-to-market” strategy that evolves as the market changes

  • Redesign processes with the candidate at the center

  • Build scalable talent acquisition framework with consistent candidate experience

  • Refine job personas continuously against individuals in roles and progression

  • Ensure a structured interview process is widely adopted and communicated

  • Design candidate assessments based on predictors of success and conduct candidate surveys

What You Will Need:

  • Experience as a Technology Recruiter, preferably in a digital native environment

  • A keen interest in the Technology world, and savvy enough to “talk shop” with tech Talent

  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take the initiative with little direction

  • Deep knowledge of modern recruiting strategies and familiar with sourcing on LinkedIn, Github, Behance, StackOverflow, and other digital platforms

  • Worked with an ATS in a high volume and detail-oriented environment (Greenhouse a plus)

  • Strong understanding of Agile ways of working

  • Experience as a Recruiter in a cross-functional People team would be a plus

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions

  • Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply

  • Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently

  • A burning desire to continuously improve the way we hire

  • Wants to unleash inner self-starter and work in an environment that fosters entrepreneurial minds

  • Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skill set

  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
