As an experienced Technology Program Manager, your mission is to help support our team of innovators and technologists deliver next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of managing global risk and controls, as well as software delivery life cycles will help Product and Engineering teams overcome barriers and obstacles. You will focus on delivery in international locations, helping to maintain controls for our external partners and ensure alignment to the engineering and business teams.

You'll join an inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards. Your passion and experience in areas across technology, development or risk will help solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Support the scrum teams in project planning, collaboration, and issue management across all lifecycle phases (Plan, Build, Operate)

• Drive technology control implementation for external partners

• Guard and shield the team from distractions and interruptions from external interferences

• Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions

• Strong understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and controls

• Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value.

• Understand roles and reinforce accountability

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of IT Project Management experience. PMP certification a plus

• Experience in highly regulated technical environments (e.g., PCI, GDPR, SOC) and controls

• Excellent understanding of SDLC methodologies and controls

• Must have experience working in an Agile environment

• Experience using JIRA and Microsoft Tools

• Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

• Ability to work with little oversight and supervision, while knowing when to escalate transparently

• Experience in Financial Institutions and Payment Card industries a plus
