The opportunity
Our SAP controls practice is expanding as companies continue to search for better, innovative ways to increase confidence in their reporting processes while lowering compliance costs. Which means, we need you. We need Managers to help lead our EY teams through complex questions facing our clients and create critical solutions for the market place.
Your key responsibilities
Leveraging yourknowledge of IT environments and industry trends, you will workclosely across competencies, service lines and sectors to develop innovation solutions to build and sustain risk management and governance programs for our clients.You will lead EY teams responsible fortransforming risk functions and implementing leading practice technology solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
You will have the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-add analytics solutions. In excelling at gathering business requirements and discussing business problems, you will collaborate with various functional areas within an organization
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelors or master’s degree and related work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate an understanding of SAP business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash)
Experience with controls testing, sensitive access and segregation of duties testing
Advanced project management and client service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and teaming skills
A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally
Ideally, you’ll also have
Industry related certification (e.g., CPA/CA, CISA, RICS)
Strong understanding of IT industry trends
