Boeing is currently looking for Repair Station Administrator to join their team in Jacksonville, FL . These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the regulatory and quality systems oversight of the Boeing Cecil Field Repair Stations to include the following:

  • Regulatory Interpretation and Comprehension

  • Repair Station Certificate Management (FAA, EASA, TCCA, CAAC, and JCAB)

  • FAA Regulatory Liaison

  • Coordinate Internal and External audits

  • Repair Station Roster(s) Management

  • Employee Record Management

  • Completed Maintenance Record Management

  • FAA Random Drug Pool Focal

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • A&P license

  • Experience at FAA Part 121/135 operator or Part 145 Repair Station

  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • Experience with federal aviation administration and foreign regulatory agencies procedures and regulations

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).


This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
