Triple P Distributing Co Inc. Facilities Associate / Painter in Jacksonville, Florida
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Summary: Ensures the day-to-day upkeep and functionality of all North Florida Sales’ office spaces, buildings, machinery and grounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm. Some Saturdays are required. Schedule subject to change as needed.
Reports to work on each assigned day, at the assigned time.
Paints interior and exterior walls including parking lot.
Assists with routine custodial duties.
Responsible for the upkeep of facility outdoor grounds.
Maintains NFS’ culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Responsible for all equipment issued and/or used in the course of performing duties.
Attends North Florida Sales’ meetings as required.
Adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies.
Adheres to all State Beverage Laws.
Wears only company provided uniforms.
All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge and/or experience working with hand tools, electricity and chemicals related maintenance duties.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to write reports or correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate well with customers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.
