Position Overview:

The Sales Support Coordinator will serve as a liaison to provide increased level of support for all aspects of the sales team and AIT Enterprise wide. Responsible for fulfilling the needs of the sales team with customer facing products and tools, to create a better experience for all sales functions, allowing for increased customer interaction, while improving the customer (internal and external) experience.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

  • Ability to manage the life cycle of all customer inquiries and quotes, i.e. RFI?s.

  • Manage the existing sales target reporting process, while assisting in development of CRM tools.

  • Partner with sales on existing QBR processes, while assisting in the development of new tools.

  • Analyze target accounts and provide robust analysis.

  • Partner with the legal and risk management team in managing customer contracts.

  • Manage all leads and continue to be the control tower for leads within our system.

  • Direct involvement with global account customers to provide further assistance, as needed.

  • Actively work and support internal teammates to ensure a high level of performance across the entire organization while sharing ongoing process improvements.

  • Able to maintain detailed knowledge of all sales programs to ensure timely and efficient communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

  • High school degree of equivalent required; Bachelor?s Degree, strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience, strongly preferred.

  • Ability to learn specific sales service knowledge as is relates to the support of the Sales team and customers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (Intermediate, strongly preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.

  • Strong communication skills (including: telephone, e-mail, Skype, and presentations skills) and the ability to communicate accurate information.

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in the work setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems in an empowered, self-directed/managed work environment.

  • Outstanding customer service skills with high energy, positivity and customer centric attitude.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism along with extreme discretion with all information at all times.

  • Must be able to perform in a fast pace / high volume work environment.
