Philips Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with Swedish Language in Istanbul, Turkey
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Provide operational support to our healthcare customers on daily basis for back-office Services & Solutions Delivery department in a multinational environment.
You are responsible for
Processing Purchase Orders in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department
Managing invoice disputes on customer requests including issuing credit & debit invoices
Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery
Managing customers queries for spare parts such as price requests or follow-up on PO status
Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails
Providing calculation on customer demands for paid maintenance services and repairs
Creating quotes for time and material
Correcting & updating quotes based on actual work performed by Field Service Engineer

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Fluent English and Swedish
Professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
