Philips Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with Swedish Language in Istanbul, Turkey


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide operational support to our healthcare customers on daily basis for back-office Services & Solutions Delivery department in a multinational environment.

You are responsible for

  • Processing Purchase Orders in the system which ends with an automatic request to the transportation department

  • Managing invoice disputes on customer requests including issuing credit & debit invoices

  • Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery

  • Managing customers queries for spare parts such as price requests or follow-up on PO status

  • Contacting customers and business partners by phone and emails

  • Providing calculation on customer demands for paid maintenance services and repairs

  • Creating quotes for time and material

  • Correcting & updating quotes based on actual work performed by Field Service Engineer

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Fluent English and Swedish

  • Professional experience in fields related to customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset

  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage

  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

  • Interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details

  • Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
