About Our Team:

Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the critical technical foundation for Citi’s operations and is responsible for delivering reliable IT solutions, scalable infrastructure services, and secure capabilities while creating a trusted customer experience and enabling Citi’s workforce to be the best for our clients. CTI Business Operations enables technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTI's strategy, goals, and performance metrics. This is achieved through the provision of commercial aspects of CTI, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications.

The Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team manages and strengthens CTI’s internal employee engagement, culture, onboarding, as well as talent and development initiatives. The team elevates knowledge and understanding of organizational changes and structures within CTI, ensures awareness of technology strategies across CTI and Citi, and drives user adoption through change management and impactful technology marketing.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Manager who has experience developing plans, scoping requirements, and managing project activities in the technology area. The role requires interaction with global technology partners providing project management, documentation, and facilitation of workstreams supported across Citi's global footprint. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work individually as well as engage others and lead project teams to deliver desired outcomes in a timely manner

  • Works with PMO to manage internal private cloud projects

  • The central point of contact for project intake from Application teams and other Business partners

  • Coordinate communications, tasks, and project plans for cross-functional requirements and efforts across business units and stakeholders

  • Use JIRA and other appropriate tools and techniques to gauge project progress, proactively identify risks and changes to the scope, schedule, define, and track remediation actions across projects

  • Participate in scrum processes to track dependencies and understand the scope

  • Handles escalations within the Engineering and Operations

  • Recommends and oversees process improvements

  • Report status on a regular basis through various forums

  • Create management level reports

  • Look for opportunities to reduce team workloads

  • Scheduling internal candidate interviews for the organization

  • Manage Contracts for expirations and staffing requirements

  • Coordinate vendor communications and scheduling among teams

  • Manage the risks, issues and work with the teams to take corrective measurements

  • Monitoring all projects to ensure that project managers and teams meet milestones

  • Consult with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and specifications for solutions and enhancements

  • Communicate project plans and routine updates on project status and issues/risks to the project team, stakeholders, and management

  • Facilitate discussions, conduct meetings, and drive initiatives to conclusion

  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of standards and strategies

  • Partner closely across a multitude of stakeholders to ensure process improvements are implemented and adopted by the business

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with managing IT Infrastructure projects and/or technical experience

  • Proficient in creating, interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures

  • Strong organizational skills with a successful track record of managing expectations, delivering results, and meeting milestones

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in Agile project planning, execution, risk planning and change management

  • Broad and comprehensive knowledge of Project Management

  • Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals across the organization

  • Ability to manage the projects in an agile environment

  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems

  • Strong ability to influence without authority

  • Team player who can put their success below the success of the team

  • Understanding of technologies

  • Understands Engineering and Operations in a large organization is a plus

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
