Call Center / Customer Service Representative (Multiple Openings)
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work for our client, in the banking industry. Position will be based in Irving, TX.
This is a 6-month project with possibility of renewal. Candidates must be eligible for direct W2 contract.
Pay: $14.89/hr (Standard rate)
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm (with a set flex day each week). Candidates must be able to work Saturdays.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will receive 3 weeks of training. Calls will be monitored, and you will be coached based on those monitors. You will work in a professional environment. There are strict attendance policies.
The CSR is r esponsible for:
Providing high quality telephone customer service to customers.
Resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, resolving or referring billing disputes, correcting payment errors, reversing fee and finance charges as appropriate and per guidelines, account maintenance, researching customer problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact.
High school diploma or GED.
6 months or more of recent Customer Service Call Center experience.
Good keyboard, phone, and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent phone etiquette, customer service and communication skills.
Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products.
Ability to solve problems rapidly.
