Kareo Inc Manager, Billing Company Account Management in Irvine, California
What We Need
The Manager, Billing Company Account Management will lead a team of Account Managers who consult closely with Kareo?s largest billing companies to ensure their satisfaction and return on investment of Kareo solutions. Account Managers are the customers' primary liaison into Kareo and are accountable for identifying and directly addressing all business and technical issues impacting customer success. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys tackling big challenges.
What You?ll Do
Own the revenue growth responsibilities for existing accounts in the Billing Company channel
Coach, mentor, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based account management, sales, and forecasting skills
Define and implement best practices, set KPIs, and lead team to achieve goals
Drive adoption of full Kareo Platform across customer base
Provide the team with an effective escalation point to drive customer satisfaction
Serve as a thought leader and provide the Voice of the Customer as input into product development and process improvement.
Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives to grow channel revenue
Maintain high-level technical knowledge of core Kareo solutions and other technical tools Kareo employs to drive productivity and organization (SFDC)
Leverage your previous experience using analysis, reporting, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
5+ years of B2B SaaS technology sales or account management experience
2+ years of people management experience
Channel Management experience in SaaS industry
Experience working with Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Prior success in hiring and developing a high-performance account management team
Expert in Salesforce (non-negotiable), GoToMeeting, and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Medical Billing or healthcare experience is a plus
