Robert Half International Mail Clerk in Irvine, California


OfficeTeam is partnering with a large organization in identifying a Mail Clerk for the Accounting department. In this role, the Mail Clerk will serve as an integral part of the of the accounting process as they will assist in multiple areas. The duties of the Mail Clerk may include:

-Sort and distribute incoming mail

-Organize invoices

-Maintain a complex filing system

-Assist with data entry

-Assist with special administrative projects


The Mail Clerk must possess the following in order to be considered:

-1+ years of office experience

-Intermediate proficiencies in Microsoft Office

-Typing speed

-Strong organization skills

-Must be detail-oriented

-Knowledge of alphanumeric filing
