Moser Consulting Marketing Operations/Demand Generation Specialist in Indianapolis, Indiana

Join our marketing team and work on dynamic long-term projects. The majority of our team members are long-term employees who enjoy consistent work and a collaborative team approach!

  • Will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and build processes, cultivate relationships with our vendors, and generate leads to benefit our sales and marketing efforts.

  • Responsible for sorting qualified opportunities from our marketing efforts and directing those to sales team as well as organizing and policing the salesforce instance.

  • Work with Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and more to input data, process leads and increase sales.

  • Will also need to know or be willing to learn Jira to help organize marketing project traffic flow with creative team.

  • This position will report directly to Marketing Director.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related area

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a sales or marketing team

  • Knowledge of or willingness to Learn: Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn sales navigator, Zoom Info, and Jira Project Management

  • Willing to organize marketing materials and projects

  • Monitor project intake ticket system in Jira

  • Monitor Marketing team traffic flow

  • Maintain marketing database

  • Participate in content strategy planning

  • Document work processes


  • Willingness to write and edit text when needed

  • Experience with: Marketing automation, Lead generation, Sales Enablement, Business process mapping, or Client success management

  • An interest in podcasting or blogging
