(This position will start remote and return to the office once Anthem is cleared for office work...TBD)

Responsible for building and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing robotic process automation (RPA) software.

Business RPA Analyst

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Creates and maintains BOTs that will interact with multiple internal and external applications.

  • Participates in the technical design and development including creating and maintaining solution documentation.

  • Engages cross-functional team members effectively to develop high quality products.

  • Maintains and improves existing applications by working closely with business stakeholders to map existing work processes and identify productivity opportunities.

  • Ensures best practices are being followed at each stage of development and test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases are documented.

Business RPA Consultant/Developer

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain BOTs that will interact with multiple internal and external applications.

  • Host process design sessions with Business Analysts for process identification and feasibility analysis of new opportunities.

  • Participate in the technical design and development including creating and maintaining solution documentation such as PDD and SDD.

  • Create Proof of Concepts.

  • Provide lights-on and change management administrative support.

  • Lead structured peer reviews and conduct code reviews.

  • Ensures best practices are being followed at each stage of SDLC.

Qualifications

Business RPA Analyst

Requires a BS/BA and 5 years of relevant experience, at least one year’s experience building Robots utilizing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Degree in Accounting, Finance or IT preferred. RPA Certification preferred.

Business RPA Consultant/Developer

Requires a BS/BA and 7 years of relevant experience, at least two years’ experience building Robots utilizing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Degree in Accounting, Finance or IT preferred. RPA Certification preferred. Experience in leading other associates in a team environment to drive business solutions preferred.

Preferred Experience:

At least two years as RPA developer (UiPath highly preferred or Blue Prism) five years of design and development of enterprise solutions using VB.Net, C#, or Python. Practical experience with Alteryx and Tableau a plus. Advanced web development experience.
