Job Description:

  • Performing KCura standard Post-Installation smoke test in the environment

  • Support project teams with the L2 support of Relativity Installations and Upgrades of Relativity environment.

  • Troubleshooting basic issues related to Relativity front end like DtSearch, Analytics, Search Issue, load issues, user management, Persistent Highlight, SearchTermReports, Views, Layouts, field creations etc as needed

  • Relativity case management (Administering users, setting up case structure, Groups and Permissions, provide advanced reporting).

  • Performing RS monitoring activities.

  • Regularly communicate status updates to the internal customer and fellow team mates.

  • On a daily basis, respond to client questions, problems and work requests.

  • Test and deploy applications, event handlers and scripts.

  • Maintain relativity license, resource pools, servers, agents.

  • Database migrations and upgrades.

  • Setup and trouble shoot Load/Export issues.

  • Setup and Troubleshoot Equivio - NearDuplicates and Email Threading.

  • Setup and Troubleshoot Structured Analytics

  • Setup and Troubleshoot Native Processing

  • Setup and Troubleshoot Binders

  • Performs post upgrade testing of ARQ application.

  • Troubleshoot viewer issues
