Data Solutions has the charter to define and built enterprise data platforms and solutions to address data needs of various business segments need. This includes integration of large data assets from various segments, modernizing the legacy solutions, building future ready solutions and platforms, addressing the customer needs on cloud and on-prem, and serve customer needs across the spectrum such as operational, regulatory and analytical. Platforms and solutions are built using Java, Angular, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, MAPR, Hazura, KAFKA, Cloud technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage software engineering team of size 30 to 40

• Review code and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed

• Provide high level estimates, create delivery plan, execution and status updates to stakeholders

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate / Master’s degree in IT and Computers

• 14 years of hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services

• Java with UI (Angular / React) and Micro Service Architecture experience

• Hands-on experience in developing Cloud based applications

• Strong in SQL

• Experience and knowledge in application build and deployment using Jenkins / CICD tools

• Hands-on in designing software solutions and architecture

• Hands-on in using design patterns

• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team with a positive team spirit

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience in Product Engineering

• Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology

• U.S. Healthcare domain knowledge
