Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or management consulting
Experience in leading and coaching teams
Experience in project management, with ability to collaborate with a variety of teams
Knowledge of online/offline advertising solutions and the media landscape
Understanding of a range of Google products, with the ability to coach team members on how to implement and optimize them
Ability to analyze large data and number sets to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities

The team works with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of Google’s users.
As the Head of Media Services, you will be supporting the Canada region.

Lead and action plans to identify, standardize, and centralize activities related to sales support for our Canada Large Customer Sales (LCS) team.
Build a digital marketing team that becomes a center of excellence for all media operations and campaign management related activities.
Lead teams of Search Specialists to deliver excellent performance, develop their digital marketing expertise, and mentor them, providing supportive career evaluations and facilitating professional development plans.
Coach on Customer Business Outcomes, Optimization best practices and analytical insights to ensure that strategic business goals are achieved.
Identify process improvement areas and solutions, and share and encourage best practices across both LCS teams.
