KBR Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst in Huntsville, Alabama

Title:

Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Assist Senior AR Manger with monthly reporting, audit request, and process improvements.

  • Research outstanding billed and unbilled balances providing quality commentary and statuses.

  • Assist with process improvement initiatives.

  • Help compile information for audit request.

  • Interface with internal/external customers.

  • Solve routine problems of various complexity following established policies, practices and procedures.

  • Works under limited supervision and follows established procedures for routine tasks.

  • Provide assistance as required to the entire AR team.

  • Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5+ years relevant work experience required

  • Ability to concisely communicate orally, in writing and electronically

  • Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Experience utilizing Deltek Costpoint, T&E is desired

  • Experience working in Federal Government Contracting environment is required

  • Ability to adapt to changes in responsibilities as the needs of the company change and grow

  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed to cover department responsibilities

Preferred :

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field: (Significant accounting experience may be substituted for a degree in accounting)

  • Direct experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or Deltek T&E software

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in Government Contracting Background
