VCA Veterinary Technician in Houston, Texas

We are seeking experienced Veterinary Technician or LVT to join our team at VCA Ashford Animal Hospital.

VCA Ashford Animal Hospital is an AAHA Accredited hospital providing veterinary care with our four doctor team and also offering full-service boarding, and grooming to our growing established client base. Our facility offers digital radiographs, a large treatment area, dental digital radiography, a large surgical suite, a separate laboratory, and five exam rooms. As a member of the VCA team, your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so they will partner with us for the lifelong care of their companion animals.

The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

Venipuncture

Catheter placement

Radiology

Anesthesia monitoring

Physical examinations and patient assessment

Surgical preparation and assisting

Dentistry

Laboratory work

Pharmacy

Patient recovery

Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
