Langan has an opening for a Site/Civil Engineer - 5+ Years Experience in our Houston, TX office. As the successful candidate, you will have experience in the site/civil engineering design of commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial properties. Individuals must possess an energetic and professional demeanor, strong technical and communication skills, and a desire to learn.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree strongly preferred;

  • Professional Engineer licensure in Texas;

  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in site development and site engineering;

  • Willingness to learn and participate in client development and client management;

  • Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with the ability to design site layouts from concept through completion;

  • Strong technical skills, analytical ability and attention to detail;

  • Demonstrated ability to work with staff, clients and regulatory agencies;

  • Excellent communication and management skills; and

  • Experience with multiple markets to include industrial warehouse, commercial/retail, healthcare, multi family, etc.
