Smartbridge Sales -Salesforce Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Houston, Texas
The primary focus of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to generate demand for Smartbridge services as a Salesforce consulting partner. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying a sales pipeline, booking meetings and maintaining relationships.
The SDR will prospect into targeted business accounts and qualify potential revenue opportunities. In your role, you will act as the first point of contact. You will be responsible for growing a sales pipeline through demand generation activities. You will work closely with management, an Account Executive, and the marketing team using modern sales methodologies such as Account-Based Marketing, Conversational Selling and Social Selling. Ongoing lead nurturing and relationship development is required to support the creation of qualified opportunities.
Additionally, the SDR will:
Create an exceedingly strong sales pipeline, focused on qualified meetings booked.
Conduct research to generate qualified sales leads through a sophisticated sales tech stack. Create personalized outreach to build relationships within your target account list using modern sales tools such as social selling, chat bots, intent data, etc.
Set meetings with Director, VP, and C level Executives
Be proficient with delivering the high-level story of Smartbridge as the ideal digital transformation partner
Generate opportunities for Salesforce implementations for new customers as well as maintenance and support for existing Salesforce customers
Handle the execution of multiple sales campaigns simultaneously
Manage time and work efforts with minimal supervision, including administrative tasks
Use sales assets and collateral provided to you to create personalized outreach
Clean and maintain data and track activities adhering to CRM hygiene practices
Attend local and virtual networking and professional events
Minimum 4-year college degree with 2-3 years of sales lead generation experience. More years of work experience is acceptable in lieu of college degree.
Willing to travel up to 20% in the future (no travel at this time).
Ideal candidate will be familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Please elaborate on your experience in your application.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
