Introduction to the team
Moss Adams M&A integration Services advises clients on complex transactions and takes a hands on approach to delivering real value. We expect our consultants to have deep domain expertise in Finance and Accounting and a strong understand of how other functions fit together. You’ve successfully have worked on multiple integrations (& carve-outs) and understand the complexity of working with multiple workstreams such as HR, IT, Operations and sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:
Own client relationships and provide hands-on support in developing the integration strategy and executing activities for Day 1 and post close
Produce end-state operating modeling and organization design for post-close operations
Develop synergy models, create business cases and project plans to execute and achieve dynamic results
Link value drivers to operating performance & budgets effectively
Track progress against plan and report issues at the workstream and Steering committee level
Think critically, identify and appropriately raise key risks and issues timely
Proactively Identify change management risks and training needs
Identify one-time and ongoing run-rate cost to operate efficiently and under budget
Determine location of critical operations i.e., shared services, facilities, regional support
Assess change management skills and possessing good cultural etiquette
Qualifications :

Previous consulting experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, data analytics or other related field (MBA not required)
Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience required
Domain expertise in Finance and Accounting with hands-on experience working closely with HR, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Operations
Advanced modeling skills using tools such as Microsoft excel, power BI, Tableau
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise effective judgment
Must meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
Executive presence and strong presentation skills
Travel Involved: >50%

Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): 130-150
