Aldridge Help Desk Technician in Houston, Texas

Aldridge is looking for a Help Desk Technician (L1) to join our team in our Houston office. This person will provide technical support to our clients via support tickets, phone, and chat support.

This person may also be required to travel onsite to perform tasks that cannot be completed remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technically accurate, user-friendly solutions to basic end user requests such as

  • Active Directory management

  • Printer issues

  • Email issues

  • Application Support

  • New user creation

  • User off boarding requests

  • Workstation/laptop builds and set up

Aldridge is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Houston, Texas with other offices in Dallas, Austin, and Seattle. Our clients generally range in size between 25 and 250 computer users and are located nationwide with a concentration in our primary markets mentioned above. Essentially, we are their complete IT department.
