Job Profile Summary
Work closely with the Digital, Legal, Brand/creative, Analytics and Sales Enablement teams to create email programs that provide personal, relevant content to consumers. Responsible for building email nurture campaigns, designing templates, resolving integration bugs, cleansing and uploading lists, automating system database maintenance, as well as assisting with testing, reporting and optimization of current email nurture campaigns. Strong technical knowledge of Pardot, Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools as well as Salesforce CRM, and the ability to analyze key email KPI's such as open rate, click through rate, conversion rate and revenue to optimize the channel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and optimize existing nurture programs and landing pages in Pardot software. Update email assets as appropriate.
Measure results from automated and scheduled email campaigns and share opportunities for optimizations. Produce monthly email engagement reports, conversion rate, analysis, and ROI.
Identify relevant consumers for automated and ad-hoc campaigns. Conduct A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and content testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitor several email inboxes and lists, processing opt-out requests; complies with strict conformance.
As system enhancements or releases are developed, schedule and test usability and functionality against Business Requirement Document and expectations, providing documented feedback. Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to problem solve software integration issues.
Consistently applies procedures, regulations, and policies producing quality and efficient on-time results. Works independently and requests work be peer reviewed for accuracy and improvement. Completes non-routine work applying experience and knowledge of procedures, regulations, and policies; escalates complex issues for guidance.
Takes the initiative to discusses assignments, expectations, priorities and deadlines as well as seek guidance and coaching from manager. Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
Maintains department’s standard operating procedures (SOP) and job aids. Requests SOP & job aids peer review. Learns how to document SOPs, appropriate level of detail, and written communication.
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems, or applicable discipline
Experience
At least three (3) years’ marketing automation experience with Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot or Marketing Cloud tool
Experience using HTML to modify emails
Experience with Salesforce or ecommerce solving CRM integration issues and supporting eCommerce with email.

Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel; advanced Excel skills
