Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is performed by technical professionals that have expertise in managing and operation of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business. The scope of this job role includes:-Support test systems when requested (new releases, upgrades, quick fixes)-Develop and test custom scripts as necessary-Recovery activities in production, disaster tests and during a disaster.-Monitor and action change requests according to the actual Change Control Process.-Resolve and document issues via the agreed reporting process.-Provide education for newcomers-Provide on call service on customer demandIndividuals in this role apply their technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations. The Employee Focuses On Individual/Team/Department/ Operational Objectives.

Required:-CA-OPS/MVS, Rexx programming, PIPE programming, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JCL-z/OS operation system knowledge-Problem, Incident & Change Management disciplines-Mainframe knowledge-Handling ticketing tools / Analytical Skills-Advanced English
