Leads and executes portfolio marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive activation, engagement & customer loyalty. Ensures customers know how their cards work and get the most value throughout the customer lifecycle. Develops holistic engagement strategies and frictionless customer experiences. Builds effective customer creative communications across a range of channels including email, direct mail and digital. Monitors, evaluates and reports results for initiatives. Ensures programs focus on customer experience and meeting KPIs. Manages legal and compliance review process and ensures proper approvals as part of program implementation.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of related work experience
Knowledgeable about portfolio marketing strategies with campaign management / execution experience.
Understand the debit and credit card businesses, both customer and business drivers.
High degree of initiative and proven ability to deliver results with a can-do attitude.
Solid analytical and research skills with the ability to leverage insights to draw sound conclusions and recommendations.
Strong project management skills including ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Highly collaborative work style; demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external partners.
Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
Demonstrated ability to present ideas with clean, concise written and verbal communication skills.
