About This Role:

The Project Lead will support the kick-off of an internal project. This person will operate in close collaboration with HR colleagues and the DRI on the project to drive all areas of the employee experience, including role definition, talent management, employee engagement, compensation planning, and change management.

Job Description:

  • Partner with senior executive to refine and finalize current team proposal

  • Define clear roles and responsibilities, identify and resolve where there may be overlap

  • Establish Governance for the project.

  • Define project start and end

  • Define goals and rewards for the project leads

  • Facilitate project team kick-off meetings and virtual team sessions

  • Partner with other workstream leads to define roles needed, identify talent internal or external

  • Serve as EX business partner to the senior leaders and workstream leads for the project

  • Lead EX resources supporting the project

  • Accountable for all EX delivery

  • Internal communication cadence - liaise with Marketing when appropriate

  • Change management guidance and session facilitation

Job Requirements:

  • A BA/BS degree, with fifteen plus years of relevant experience.

  • A demonstrated record of success in strategic partnering with the business to drive business results.

  • Proven success in meeting planning and facilitation.

  • Strong operational acumen and the ability to get things done.

  • The ability to coach, influence, and build rapport with senior leaders.

  • Ability to partner without ego

  • Strong business acumen and the demonstrated ability to execute on complex business initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong systematic and analytical thinking.

  • Demonstrated project and time management skills, with the ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, handle a multitude of tasks, and adapt to change.
