New England ABA is looking for Part Time Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) BCBA's!

New England ABA specializes in home and community-based ABA in Massachusetts with offices in Wakefield, Quincy, North Andover, Holyoke and New Bedford.

Overview of Position:

The bilingual BCBA Clinical Supervisor at New England ABA provides clinical oversight to Behavior Technicians in the field. Duties include completing initial assessments, writing behavior and skill acquisition plans, establishing how progress toward treatment goals are measured, structuring sessions in a productive manner, evaluating Behavior Technician?s clinical growth, leading coordination of care for assigned clients, writing scheduled progress/reauthorization request reports and other clinically related tasks.

Job requirements:

  • Active licensed applied behavior analyst (LABA) in the state of Massachusetts or willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA) prior to start date.

  • 2-5 years working directly with children and adolescents with ASD required

  • Experience with VB, PECS, DTT, PRT and ESDM a plus

  • Demonstrate the ability to speak fluently with clients and other relevant stakeholders in Spanish.
