The Onsite Staffing Account Manager is the primary onsite representative to manage the contract staffing associates, administrative and disciplinary responsibilities for the associated that have contracted through several staffing agencies.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supports the hiring process (makes offers, conducts new hire orientation, and the liaison between the associate and staffing firm)

  • Answer process expertise, answer questions, escalate barriers to appropriate parties

  • Make sure the staffing suppliers are sending qualified contract resources to meet distribution needs

  • Provides regular feedback to continually improve quality of the contract staffing associate, provided to the site, including hiring and performance management feedback

  • Serve as a liaison between client, contract workforce and agency

  • Identifies and addresses performance and quality issues with the contract staffing associate, providing feedback to appropriate agency representatives for feedback and management

  • Assists site team with communicating and performing onboarding, training, and security processes, to ensure that all contract staffing associates can safely and confidently do their jobs

  • Meets regularly with Client and Program Manager to anticipate potential changes in staffing levels or skills and to ensure that the staffing agency is ready to meet changing needs

  • Communicates all identified issues or concerns to the staffing agency representatives

Key Relationships:

  • Works with Client and Program Manager to ensure all aspects of the staffing agency is meeting the current and anticipated needs

  • Receives issues and escalations from Client related to contractors and works on resolutions

  • Serves as a resource for the contractors (e.g., greeting, orienting, troubleshooting, communicating shift changes, conducting safety checks upon entry)

  • Partners with agency leadership and Client regarding planning contractor status changes (e.g., movement from contractor to employee, shift or role change, termination)
