Analyst DTC Analytics (m/f/d)


Provide Europe DTC Supply Chain functions with the most efficient reporting capabilities by creating clear visibility on key KPIs, enabling operational reporting and achieving “One Version of the Truth” by driving process harmonization.

  • Build operational and management DTC SCM reporting capabilities in MicroStrategy in order to provide utmost visibility around service, capacity and cost performance

  • Drive adoption of MicroStrategy reporting within DTC SCM community to enable fast decision making and efficient execution of SCM strategy and processes

  • Support critical DTC SCM projects and initiatives from a reporting standpoint to continuously improve business processes and solutions

The role ensures that Europe DTC SCM business has visibility to key performance metrics and drivers to ensure relevant planning, purchasing and fulfillment decisions are made with the best understanding of business and KPI impacts. The role will also ensure that all relevant metrics are reported in a user-friendly and comprehensive format with defined timelines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Europe DTC SCM Reporting & Analysis

  • Initiate, develop, distribute and maintain KPls for Europe DTC SCM

  • Develop appropriate operational and management reports and dashboards for assigned business processes and categories in order to provide visibility to supply chain performance

  • Ensure reports are published on time and provide accurate information for Europe DTC SCM performance

  • Responsible for analyzing the life cycle of goods movement from the planning stages to the end consumer.

  • Provide analytical support for retail and e-com business channels opportunities. Perform trend and performance analysis to assess effectiveness of programs implemented across retail and e-com business channels.

  • Identify ways for adidas Europe DTC SC to improve efficiency and provide better service to the customers and consumers

  • Support specific DTC SCM projects that are undertaken within the Department through data gathering, analysis, report development, presentations and recommendations

  • Develop a good degree of system knowledge to understand interdependencies betweensystems and processes and drive necessary changes where needed

  • Promote and communicate around existing reporting capabilities and provide regular update on progress of supported projects and initiatives


  1. IT /Data Analytics background

  2. Process thinking and in-depth knowledge of overall supply chain mechanics

  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

  4. Awareness of AGILE methodology

  5. Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills

  6. Ability to challenge status quo, drive and execute change

  7. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  8. A university degree with emphasis in the areas of IT/Data Analytics/SCM/Logistics

  9. Experience with Business Intelligence systems, such as MicroStrategy/Tableau/Power BI

  10. Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle

  11. Broad MS Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, with high emphasis on Excel and Access)

  12. Knowledge of DTC SCM functions and processes

  13. Fluent in English [oral and in writing)
