• Manage a high volume of inbound service customer inquiries by phone, and email

• Respond to all in-bound calls promptly

• Be a liaison between customers and the service department

• Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices

• Assist in generating reports and logs

• Setting appointments, and getting customers in for service is your primary directive



• Call center experience a plus

• Dealership experience a plus

• Automotive Service experience a plus

• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills

• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor

• Positive Attitude

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivation and self-sufficient

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Drive to set and exceed customer expectations
